Product Description:
At Pawsa’o, we offer dehydrated snacks for dogs and cats, made with 100% natural ingredients. We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that images, colors, or descriptions will perfectly match the product you receive.

Availability:
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product offered.

Pricing:
Prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Other methods compatible with our payment processor (e.g., Shopify Payments).

Authorization:
By placing an order, you authorize Pawsa’o to charge the corresponding amount to your payment method.

5. Shipping

Shipping Areas:
We ship within Puerto Rico, the United States, and most international countries.

Delivery Time:

  • Puerto Rico: 3-5 business days.
  • United States: 5-7 business days.
  • International: Delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs:

  • Puerto Rico: Free shipping on orders over $50.
  • United States: Free shipping on orders over $50.
  • International: Costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Important Note:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or customs delays.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

General Return and Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product (excluding physical damage to the package caused by the carrier), you must:

  1. Take a photo or video of the defect.
  2. Send an email to admin@pawsao.com or a direct message to our Instagram @pawsao within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  3. Include the following details in your message:
    • Your full name.
    • Order number.
    • Description of the issue.
    • Photos or videos of the defect.

If you do not receive a response within 4-5 business days, please send us a direct message on Instagram.

Missing Items:
If an item is missing from your order:

  1. Take a photo of the items received along with the original packaging.
  2. Contact us at admin@pawsao.com or via Instagram @pawsao within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide your full name, order number, and photo of the packaging and received items.

We are committed to resolving your request promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Pawsa’o or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of our content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pawsa’o is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site or purchased products.
  • Delays in shipments due to causes beyond our control, such as weather conditions or logistical issues.

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, but we do not offer guarantees beyond those explicitly described in these Terms.
